The iconic Hotel Valley Ho is a cornerstone of Old Town Scottsdale. Originally opened in late 1956, it was designed by Edward L. Varney, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. It was restored to its mid-century splendor in 2006 and added to the Scottsdale Historic Register, after narrowly avoiding being torn down. During the renovation, a new tower featuring loft-style condos was added to the space. Towering seven stories high, the new addition features two-story lofts, one and two-bedroom condominiums, and penthouses, all of which enjoy the perks of resort living and the hotel amenities.
